No. I think the way they've announced it, it means that it'll run for 3 months and then end. Like it'll run for the 6 months it was supposed to.

Because they say something like "rumours were that the show is ending, but the good news that it has an extension of 3 months now". So that means that it'll run for its pre-decided 6 months and then end.

I believe it has already been 5 months tho or close to. The show premiered on October 12, 2019 to 8th March, 2020 = close to 5 months. Therefore, I believe it can be counted as extension.
