@Madmadgirl: You know something, maybe you're right that I'm closed minded or Frozen or whatever other way you put it, but you make the mistake of writing that once more and I'm going to hit the report button. I've tolerated it thrice and no way am I going to take it from you a fourth time. Great show from someone who pretends to feel for others and their feelings, ain't it. Maybe that is what we need in our world today, more of nice actors, who can write and say flowery things and deep down don't give a damn.

Anyway, coming to your speech. As I already said, if the problem is not so significant or something which doesn't make the person violent or incapable of normal work then people don't notice and accept them in their normal day to day life anyway. But when it comes to handling complicated patients then it becomes difficult. If the patient is violent or rude then obviously noone is going to get near him/her. But even if s/he is not violent and only has problem understanding or expressing things then normal people won't have the patience to deal with them or take the time to make them understand or try to understand them.

Youre offended for which I apologise.

Whilst you have also made great assumptions about me, not least of which is accusing me of "not giving a damn" I ask no apology from you as your reply in general speaks volumes.

You are entitled to your opinion - I beg to differ.
