Who is wrong?

OK so Maya a young 21 year old out of college met MJ an savue business man

MJ played emotional games with her and convinced her of his love

Maya fell for that game and accepted his love

So whose at more fault?

MJ obviously as hes married and elder in his mid 40s

But is Maya all that right just because shes younger

How can a girl love a man in mid 40s when she is in her early 20s?

I mean in society usually a spouse age difference is zero to ten or twelve years (0-12 years)

Anything above that is a bit not normal and very rare

Manvi is 21 years old and MJ must be 45-47 than (If Rudra was 20 years old MJ has to be 25-27 when Rudra is born)

No matter how many flower MJ sent or did emotional drama of his wife having affair Maya should not have fallen in his trap

Second issue is Maya is unmarried and young does she not want to marry another young and unmarried boy. Why she want to marry 45-47 year old man whose like 22-25 years elder to her. Any girl in her right mind will think all this while loving someone. Forget girl even boys will think all that.

Unless some girls want rich men and status etc luxury in life so may fall for older rich men. But Maya is not that type here. So why she loved MJ?

Maya is born and brought up in Mumbai not a village girl who can be deceived by emotional drama easily

Especially girls even in villages can differentiate a man whose hitting on them or genuine

But Maya could not??

In this story Maya, Rudra, Rishi all acting so naive and stupid

I doubt any city bred girl or boy will be so innocent in todays times(or 10 years back too) because there is so much exposure to internet, mobile, outside world etc

I can understand a girl born in 1960s or 1970s may be acting so innocent but 2010 its not done

Second issue you hate MJ because he cheated you but you want his child in your womb, really. Any other girl will leave mjs child. Or they will abort and move on in life. Even unmarried boy friends cheat and move on. If you get pregnant will you not abort unmarried boy friends child and move on in life. Why does Maya want MJs child when he has cheated her?

MJs drama of drinking and cutting wrist is so filmy, even village illiterate woman shall not fall for that. Thats so classic man using to hook up drama. Also this wife cheating on you, its so silly. You also are cheating with Diya. I would say come on antara cheat on that MJ and teach him lesson of his life. I do not think antara has ever cheated MJ shes very decent woman. Antara would not be taking drugs if she had cheated on MJ, than scores equal na you will not suffer inside. Rudra has got her character, innocence and taking all others pain on himself.

That's the reason it is looking weird.Backstory is too weak and not feeling that for maya for which she killed rishi.Maybe mj tortured her as she was not leaving him and wanted to have his child.That too is weird .

Secondly, love can happen anywhere, anytime. It doesn't see cast or age. Okay now there are some technical problems of marrying someone 20 years older or younger (which I 100% support). But it is not forbidden in any religion.

Finally, the child in Maya's womb was not a rape child. Whatever happened had her consent. So it is normal to want to keep that child because legitimate or not a mother always loves her child. If wife can keep her cheating husbands child a girlfriend can keep her cheating boyfriend's child. It is same. It is high time we expect that in our society.

Manvi's only fault was her dumbness. And believe it or not, like it or not this kind of things happen in today's world. Everyday.

1. Maya was dumb, stupid, naive, blind etc. She screwed up by falling for a married man and believing in his lies. Go and look at rest of the world, Many women are trapped daily by men with nefarious intentions. A manipulative man tells the girl he is divorced, in the process of getting a divorce or living a loveless marriage. so what will we say then, that the girl is stupid? yes she is but the man is more wrong. MJ was wrong because his intentions were wrong and he was cheating on his wife.

2. Does Age difference really matter as long as it is consensual and genuine? Sure, it is taboo and society looks at it as wrong but society has a problem with almost everything. Shahid kapoor and Mira Rajput has an age difference of 13 years and 50 year old Milind soman married a 20 year old girl. it might be gross to us but why talk about something we don't even understand?

3. Manvi was not raped. It was consensual. That baby was hers, and she loved it all the same. Had she chosen to abort it then that would be her choice but since she chose to keep it, that is also her choice and it is not wrong or "crazy". a baby is a baby and a mother is mother.

As for Maya, maybe she would have gotten over it and moved on if MJ ONLY rejected her. but he did not. he abused her, killed her baby, physically and emotionally tortured her, killed her dad and brother then tried to kill her. That is too big of a price to pay for stupidity.

it is funny how maya is receiving flak for this mess but MJ is the one who set this destruction in motion.

TM, have you forgotten the flashbacks of Mj hitting manvi? Does she deserve that too? Oh and let’s not forget the murder of her brother and dad. I mean how dare they raise such a dumb young women... unka hi fault that they got killed.

Rishi was dumb as well. Did he deserve to die? Nope. Certainly not. Similarly Manvi was foolish to some extent by falling for MJ's lies. Did she deserve to be abused,tortured and have her family murdered? Certainly not.

The guilty party in Manvi's case is MJ and only him just like Maya is guilty when it comes to Rishi.

In Mrityunjay and Manvi's case, if she is considered dumb, then in Rishi and Maya's case, Rishi is the dumb one. That too after being a player himself, who has had numerous girlfriends, he still fell for Maya and her sob stories. Then why are we reprimanding only Maya?

The problem here is the human psyche - where one psyche gets a kick out of hunting women like they are some sort of prey, which is Mrityunjay. And then there is another human psyche, which wants to fix people, who just cannot come out of the Devi syndrome or Knight in Shining Armour syndrome - which is the case with Rishi and Manvi.

Manvi was stupid to think that she could give light to a broken man, who was playing her. She should have withdrawn when she could, but love came in the way. But what ensued after that was inhuman. She must have knocked everyone's doors for justice, but they all turned around and backstabbed her. After going through that amount of torture, she should technically be given therapy. But her therapy here is revenge, retribution. The illusion of love disillusioned her. So she became an illusion herself, an enigma, making the darkness she was pushed into her strength. She systematically lured Rishi, trapped him and executed him which is what Mrityunjay did to her.

And let's not get into justification anymore. We have come way past that, where surprisingly everyone is okay with murders and killings happening around them. I mean Maya abetted Rishi to kill himself and Mrityunjay just shot Myra in the name of self-defense. And the law and system have gone for a serious toss. And good and bad is not even something to discuss. Because everyone is either bad or very bad. Even Rudra and Ananya are abnormal in their own way. Mrityunjay just shot dead a woman before them and they were okay with it since in their view it was self-defense.

Maya is unhinged just like Mrityunjay. Mrityunjay gets a kick by destroying people. Maya wants to destroy people because she was kicked down for no solid reason. The only difference is the people who support Mrityunjay either don't have a moral compass, or they are too scared to voice it out. Maya is surrounded by people who have a moral compass and contribute fairly to pull Maya out of the darkness. If they both die, the only good thing will be is Maya will be purified of her darkness and will finally get the sukoon she is looking for.

Yes, the backstory didn’t have time to breath! Everything was too quick! She didn’t take the time to look around about his background despite her mon kept warning her. Very poor and weak backstory!

Manvi's only fault was buying his lies and she didn't understand what she was getting into at that young age. She was just a graduate out of college and naive to understand the cruelty of his intentions. I don't say there was no mistake of hers. It's her mistake to fall for a married man who has children probably same age of hers. But she didn't see the upcoming tornado in her life due to her blind faith in him.

She didn't deserve anything which happened with her. MJ was a manipulative womaniser and a cruel animal. He lured her ,used her, tortured her, wiped off her family and unborn baby and almost killed her . She has every right to avenge him

I second this 👍🏼 Maya did make a mistake and it was not fair all of what she lost. And what she went through? Nobody deserves that. If MJ had just left her to her plight she might have moved out of the city to start afresh with her baby and family. Everyone involved in destroying her need to pay a price. My only objection was Maya killing Rishi. Coz he was an innocent person. If Rishi knew about his dad and tried to protect him by getting in Maya’s way I would understand y she killed him but that was just a cold blooded murder. She did with Rishi what MJ did to her. So what difference does it make? MJ exploited her innocence for his lust and Maya exploited Rishi’s for her revenge. I want each one of them - MJ, Aamir, Diya, Antara, that Manager and others to suffer for what they did to Maya but it will be unfair if Maya walks away scot free after what she did to Rishi. I am not saying she should die or Rudra should dump her but I want her to repent for that.
