Isn't beyadh a finite show and is gonna end in 6 months ??

I feel like this was bound to happen. The show started off on this really high note - revenge drama, thriller, thoughtful, MB, etc. But now it's becoming another romantic thriller. CVs are getting rid of some of the aspects that made the show stand out. This is bound to happen. People are not wanting another romantic thriller.

I think the biggest problem is the pace of the show. Although I can appreciate all of the layering, build up and setting up of the foundations - the story is moving at a snails pace. Some parts of the episodes actually become boring because even though something is happening, in reality - nothing is happening.

Beyhadh 1 was more fearless and raw I feel. This time it seems like they've overthinking everything

The non-linear format was never going to work in a daily soap of an Indian audience. If it were a webseries it could work where u keep the suspense for some reasonable time and unveil everything one epi at a time.

Secondly, MJ is projected as a big bad but we get like blink & miss it scenes of his. They need to show the dangerous side of MJ. Consequences of messing with him, his ruthlessness.

Romantic thrillers do work if executed well. I love MayRa. The MB aspect is relevant but the show does seem to miss the thrill of the thriller.

Exactly. Like SH also pointed out - each episode it seems like a lot has happened, but not a lot ever happens. The first two weeks or so - yes. But now the CVs seem to be unsure of how to progress. They keep repeating the same things. Maya is repeating the same thing in different dialogues.

I feel like this may have something to do with the news that the series has gone from 6 months to a year. The CVs probably had a good storyline planned out for 6 months and then Sony extended it to a year and now the CVs don't know how to extend the story so are meandering around.

I am kind of confused, how can they make it one year when it's ratings hasn't been that great? Tho I pray the ratings increase.

Right now in fiction Tara and BH2 are at bottom. I can understand makers wanting more episode but Sony???
