Ayushman will be as Akshay kumar was to khans and will eventually overtake them just like akshay overtook the khans

I don't think he would ever thrive in action masala genre. People have come to associate him with good content, good acting and intelligent film variety.

If you are talking about stardom, he has already overtaken Varun. No-one is talking about Varun nowadays. He has given back-to-back flops. Tiger is known mainly due to being an action star, and nothing else. He is so limited in all other genres.

Ayush's script sense is his USP. He picks amazing scripts, always with something different. People love that about him.

You have to admit, Ayush has a lot more going for him in 2020 than any of these actors. He has Gulabo Sitabo and Shubh Mnagal Zyada Saavdhan, both again with promising, hatke concepts.

I agree, his rise is slower than Ranbir/Ranveer, but eventually I feel he will not only catch up, but overtake them.
