Er, why should she leave? by leaving she effectively concedes defeat to Sid, she gives into abuse and bullying and hand him an automatic victory, she will be called a quitter, a loser, a coward who couldn't handle it.

Why doesn't Salman quit? he's been saying that he's going to quit for the last 10 years, but the buffalo keeps returning every year, why doesn't he get called out? Rashmi's answer should've been, I'll quit when you quit hosting as you keep claiming every year.

Why dont the makers find a way to take her out like they did with Himanshi and Kesari? Simple because they need her and Asim for content
