she can ask on national tv, if you are asked to leave I doubt any company or contract asks you to pay penalty

They are not asking her to leave ...they are telling her to leave if she feels they are baised ...they are not kicking her out technically so she would still have to pay the penalty

She is keeping herself above the show ...she does raise her voice for what she believes is right ...otherwise we would see her turn into a Shukli and do what BB wants her to do without a fight
