Why should she leave? It’s her current workplace, and as far as I’m concerned - similar rules apply. One gets harassed and mistreated at work, doesn’t necessarily mean the only and correct option is to leave. One can (and should) stay, speak out against it, and expect a solution while keeping their job.

If BB has a problem with Rashmi (or anyone’s) words or conduct there - they can fire her. What’s stopping them do you think?

Agree . Speak at the right place . Stand up for yourself when it matters . Not sit and give smiles and just go stand in the backdrop when it matters and then instigate people around . Talk to cameras is not the way . She keeps giving issues to the makers to bash her. She had all the angles to build on but in her foolishness she herself ended up looking Bad .

She is not doing any task due to injury , ruining all her angles and then simply sitting and bashing makers ?? Then its best that she leaves if she is so uncomfortable.

If she can demean makers at every given instance why would they just throw her out without milking it to their benefit??

Sadly there is a huge chunk of society who think such bullying and behaviour is acceptable. Especially towards women and it is VERY frustrating.

Wait what? You can disagree with how she’s choosing to speak up - but she isn’t gonna speak up according to you or anyone else - she’ll do it her way - her choice.

And yeh achcha hain - the channel reserves the right to milk it for their benefit by humiliating her as they please - but she shouldn’t speak up against the bias and she should leave - to accommodate them and others. The double standards are rather convenient. And a lot of what is still wrong with many workplaces in this time.

It’s simple really - Rashmi has a problem with the bias she’s seeing - and she’s spoken up about it. If the makers have such an issue with that - they’re free to fire her. After all - she’s toh useless, and show toh Shukla hi chalata hain na? Khud ki beizzati kyu sehni hain channel ko - they should give her a right beizzati wala eviction. But it’s rather telling, that they’re not about to do that.

Regarding her looking bad - I disagree. And I’d venture to say, most who think she’s looking bad for this in particular, don’t necessarily believe so in isolation - but rather, because they’re Shukla fans.

As for the rest of what you said - it’s related to your views of Rashmi and her game - irrelevant to the discussion at hand.
