So good so good. I love your post. Yesterday some of the moments that stood out for me and even you referred to them.
- Maya not being happy seeing Rudra getting battered. She wanted to hurt him but that didn't make her feel all that good. The fact that she stopped the fight with 10seconds left was a glimpse that there still is some mercy left in her and maybe Rudra can appeal to that side of her personality. As @ namu said, only Lord Shiva could calm Goddess Durgas Kali avatar and stop the destruction. Rudra is also another name of Shiva.
- Rudra saying you are bloody important to me. Main aur pit sakta tha/peet sakta tha. Another aspect of his commitment, loyalty and passion for her. Once he is in, he will fight even her inner darkness to save her. But will Maya relent? Time will tell.
- Contradiction in interpretations- not just the Geeta shlokas but even wrt Rudra, Maya saying she wanted to see his desperation in the cage fight to which Rudra countered saying it's called commitment, makes me think maybe Rudra and her mom will be her moral compass at some point.
- Self Respect.. A common trait in both. Mayas self respect was destroyed, Rudras is bruised. It was so heartening to see Maya dial down a bit and approach Rudra and explain her viewpoint respectfully. They are more equal than she thinks.
- Commitment, Loyalty, and Passion. These are essential not just in business but in a romantic relationship also. Maya making Rudra demonstrate these qualities and then saying how it means a lot to her since her book is her essence. There is so much foreshadowing for MayRa.
Now talking about the lighter moments, Rudra saying it's his office & asking her to leave was adorable. Maya gave false hope of victory to Rudra but that hope was short lived when she revealed she is the investor. That scene was funny and yet amazing.
I think the office interactions will add the needed lightness in their interactions. Plus seeing Rudra-Ananya together everyday at the office, might just add a bit of drama in this. The new promo hints to that. One question though, Rudras silence at Mayas question-'tumne kabhi kisi ki keemat lagai hai' makes me wonder, why?
What's the new promo?
To execute her plan perfectly, she was bound to say Yes. But like Maya said, 'Jaise maine socha tha tum usse kuch age ho' Rudra is not exactly like she thought. I don't think she intended to tell the three pillars. But she had to come back behind him to explain or say manofy in my language. The three pillars is something that lacked in her culprit. And it's the thing that will bound Maya & Rudra in a relationship maybe.
As always, awesome post.

Rudra pulls Ananya towards himself and hugs her to celebrate their success. As they separate, Maya stares intently at them from far.
Okay I saw it. I think Maya would want to break that friendship too, coz she sees Rudra's strength in Ananya. Ananya is always there to support him and is a pillar of support. I think she wants to break all of that too.Originally posted by: Armu4eva

Hmm interesting point. Could be. But wouldn't it be 4414 then? Most people refer to the year with 2 digits, not one.

- That is true. And NamuVyas also gave an interesting perspective on this. Rudra could be the calm to Maya's fire. He'll get hurt, but seeing him hurting so much, it'll stop Maya in her tracks.
- Good point. Rudra is committed. If he finds out what Maya is fighting about and he joins her fight, he will stay with her to the end. He won't back down. If anything, it'll be up to Maya to stop the fight before he gets hurt badly.
I actually feel that Rudra was silent at that question because it's a deep-rooted question. Have you ever put a price on someone? Isn't that what Rudra said in their coffee shop meeting? Everyone has a price. Which means he probably has? But not in the way Maya meant. He probably has weighted authors' work before and given them a quote. I'm sure we all have. Whether you work in healthcare, finance, retail, real estate, etc. at some point you have looked at the other person and put a price on "them". The thing is that this question has two meanings. One is benign. Have you ever put a price on someone for a product? What do you think they can pay for this product? Then there's the actual meaning "have you ever put a price on someone", where you've actually put a price on someone's character, love, pride, commitment, etc. I feel Maya's question stopped Rudra in his tracks because he saw and heard both versions as well and he wasn't sure how to answer it.

By revealing the three pillars, Maya has effectively brought Rudra on an equal ground. I agree. She didn't intend to reveal them to him, but Rudra is not a puppet. He will question her at every step of the way and this will reveal more of her to him and us.
I think I get what the CVs are doing now. They are focusing on Maya and Rudra because these 2 will be 2 of the pillars of this entire revenge saga. The third pillar, in my belief, is that hidden friend of Maya's. It's not Rishi. If it was, we would see more of Rishi than just the stereotypical rich kid. We'll see the real MJ and more of the real MJ once the pillars have been built.
I am making another post. I found little symbolism hidden in yesterday's episode, coz Maya herself explained the symbolism of the three days.
However, I LOVED, LOVED the office interaction. It was cute, office banter, not too chilling down the spine, had the right sass. I LOVE Rudra man. I LOVE Ananya too. And also, I pretty much noticed what you'd already written before. The contrast of white and black. The Roy house is bright, lit and fairly white-ish. Whereas Maya's house is darker, has lesser lights and it's pretty shady. Though both are beautiful. And the clothes too. Roys generally wear white and Maya is always in black.
But the only difference here was in the fighting ring, where both Rudra and Maya were in black. It could also be simply because usually wrestlers are shown in black. 😆
But when they stood facing each other, Rudra was pretty much stripped of his gracefulness, mannerisms, calmness and coolness. I could say that was the raw version of him, his core coming to the fore. Idk if that was Maya's intention or it was just the way it was. But that was the first time when Rudra's exterior was stripped off him.
Secondly, Maya may be tilting everything in her fabour but she knows that Rudra is a gamble. He may end up doing what she wants him to do for her to progress in the game, but she's still anticipatory of his moves. He's not an open book, or not very predictable.
And, the self respect analogy was bang on.
