It will probably be dimply adding his name to the "PRODUCED BY" list in the opening credits of a film.

Much like Gauri Khan, Hiroo Johar, Twinkle Khanna etc

This is the most likely scenario. Probably that title Is ee in Western movies: Exectuive producer- generally, an honorary title.

They usually have a lot of EXECUTIVE producers - which means someone that's there because they probably funded a few dollars..or is tightly related to the main producer.. orbbrought their coffees and carried their coats😆..or such..
