I totally agree. I didn't want to draw parallels but this was exactly what was running in my mind. Little things like this in one's behaviour builds up and leads to extreme situations. If one isn't corrected in the very start, this is what happens. When this man isn't fighting, this man-child is smirking knowing that there is nobody to call him out.
