Unpopular Opinion: Siddharth Malhotra isn't that bad of an actor - Page 2

He's not the worst actor in the world but his acting lacks weight and his dialogue delivery is flat/one-tone. He seems to be trying too hard when he tries to leave a huge impact even though he's quite earnest on-screen.

I like him. (I mentioned in the trailer too). He looks good both in suits, as well as rugged looks. But he should pay attention to his weight.

He cannot do over the top characters like Varun/Ranveer do. But he is decent in the movies where he needs to give a controlled acting. Akshay/John were not half good as him in their initial years.

I have liked him in all the movies I have watched. But let me be honest. None of his movies I have watched in theatre (unlike Veer/Varun). I usually decide on the trailer. Either fun or grandeur, there should be something to pull. His film trailers lack that. (I was planning to go for Gentleman, but I heard it flopped & left the idea).
