Sid had invited all his friends to the Navaratri festival. All of them danced. Sid & Ishani danced together. All had a gala time. The next moment some of the goons go towards Ishani to rape her. Sid sees that & fights & drives all of them despite getting injured. Dr. Ishani & Dr. Asha are apprehensive about Sid's condition. Sid faints.
Ishani: Sid, open your eyes. Nothing will happen to you.
Asha calls the ambulance. Finally, they get one. Sid gets admitted to Sanjeevani hospital. All pray for Sid. Ishani recollects her moments with Sid. She prays to God.

Sid starts off but gets a phone call by mistake from Dr. Asha. He goes there & finds that she had hurt herself.
Sid: Have you gone mad?
Asha: I am in love with Dr. Aman. I am pregnant with his child. I got an SMS about this news. My parents are going to kill me if my affair turns out to be true. So it is better if I die.
Sid: You won't do any such thing. I will give the name to the child in front of the world. I will marry you.
Asha: What about Ishani?
Sid: I will explain to her later. Once things get cool, I will help you to track Dr. Aman.

Both go to the temple & exchange garlands. Sid fills the vermillion on her parting & comes to Sanjeevani.

Sid & Asha stop Ishani from leaving.

Aman: I went there but for a short time. I missed Dr. Asha a lot. I was guilty to leave her at the pregnancy state. I am sorry to come between both of you. It was because of me that you guys could not meet & Sid married Asha. I love her a lot but unable to face her.
