I like that they are taking it slow. Komo gave ample vibes of being a desperate creep that Anu needs to be saved from. Basu's have kept their brains in the freezer. So I don't think they are in a rush to culminate things for the sake of drama (or instant TRP) and can actually go for a proper build up to the climax (last time that happened was during Sajjan ji revelation).
I liked that today AnuPre had a normal interaction without any overtly romantic situation like yesterday's paper-uding-in-hawa🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️. They can really do without these rusted romantic tropes of tripping and bumping into each other, hero holding her by the arms, long eyelocks in slow motion. These are so overdone, they don't evoke any emotion😴
Instead, AnuPre's USP is their conversations in normal situations. Both actors absolutely nailed those kind of scenes the first time around which hooked us to them. Also, the simplicity in their interaction and their eyes doing the speaking amidst all chaos around them I saw that again when Pre came to resign. Anu accepting without going hyper to know the reason and plainly stating that there's a notice period to be served. And then again when Pre dropped the photo.
But CVs ko toh allergy hai conversation se. Kahin unko obvious baatein na karni pade, like who did Pre marry, is she pregnant etc. I hate that they still don't know what to do with the pregnancy. Toh pregnant kiya hi kyun??!!
