He is saving her time and again because he knows he has a loyal follower, and vote bank, in her. She will never turn against him so its good to keep her in the game for him.

but she has nothing to offer to audience no effort zero entertinent and content. I dislike shehnaaz but atleast she does stupid things to give content and even mahira is putting in more efforts. This is the reason i dislike shukla so much saving his sideicks
