I can't understand either. Tattoos are one thing I have always stayed away from. Even more baffling when people get their girlfriend/boyfriend's face tattooed or their mother's face etc.

You don't need to upload the siggy. You just need to put the link to siggy inside [IMG]tag.

Edit: There is an update profile option in the settings page.
