reminds me of the famous Khasi joke, where an old lady serves piglet to her son's friend and says "Khao Khao Suwar ka baccha, saram dharam nahi", what shd meant to say was "Eat piglet curry to your heart's without feeling shy".
And it's not exaggerated, Khasis speak Hindi in a hilarious manner, I still remember one of the customers when I was working in a guitar shop, came to the shop and was chatting, and he just showed a pair of new shoes and said "mera beta juta hai", and I was shocked, although I realised he meant, "these shoes are for my son" lol.
