I think, Shubhra has smelled something fishy in Soham's behaviour. She should enquire with his friends.

Which brings me to a question..... how could a beautiful, sober, sensible and knowledgeable girl (woman?) like Shubhra fallen for such an unstable character like Soham. It is not that his type of udva udvi character has developed overnight and she has known him for five years in college.

Of course, it could be labeled under the category of "Love is blind". But I don't see a single good characteristic in him which can justify even that statement.

Aso, at least things are now moving forward on the Abhi-Asa front.

This is exactly what I said in one of my previous post.

Shubhra has shown to be quite a level headed no nonsense person, but she has also being shown as the dominant one in the relationship. Soham has shown to offer to hold Shubhra's bag, when she visits his place for the first time. I think this is what she has liked in him, she being able to dominate him and now his mother.

IMO if we look at the characters so far, Shubhra is shown as a no-nonsense type but I wouldn't call her dominating over Soham and Asavari. Otherwise she would not have accepted the views of Asavari or Soham on so many occasions.

She is indeed dominating when she interacts with Pradnya but that is natural as Pradnya is the abrasive type.

So that is why it is puzzling about what she could see in Soham.

There have been so many instances where she has clearly dominated asavari, goad goad bolun ka hoina. Pradnya cha phone Puran walya episode madhe premanech ti asawari la moong bhijat ghalayla sangte. Imo it's quiet uncommon of DIL to ask her MIL to do something while she is herself doing nothing. She does get to dominate the household, except for aajoba.

Did anyone notice ki shubhra told asawari that they will go together to attend chilly fest. But actually only asawari went there. So writers thought later there was no need for shubhra to be in that scene and let the would be lovers spend some cosy time with each other.

Yes, Shubhra and Asa had this whole convo about the chilly fest and they did not offer any explanation why Asa went there by herself. The entire phone incident also felt contrived. If Pradnya was using land line and Aajoba was watching on the cell phone, why didn't Asa use Shubhra or Somya's phone if she really wanted to reach AR?

But then I think by logic and there is no logic in TV serials...I know, I know....

I think soham may hv all undesirable qualities but resentment towards abhijeet raje is natural. Every child is possessive abt their parents no matter wat age n esp mom. His father is dead so anyone who tries to take that place isnt gonna sit well with child. Actually some may tolerate fathers girl friend but to tolerate mothers boy friend is even more difficult. One can talk abt maturity n companionship its much easier said than done. When one is actually in that position its not easy, so sohams reaction is very natural .ofcourse all kids do come around eventually but i guess no one can take our parents position.
