Your take on Deepika's acting?

Deepika is always subtle and restrained in her acting. I know that can be misconstrued as underacting but I find her a fine actress. She was lovely as Veronica in Cocktail and in and as Piku as well. She was also luminous in Tamasha, it was a beautiful performance

Not only that, CE, Yeh jawani hai deewani and several others, she was very good. After Cocktail, she has not given a single bad performance and though she's not an effortless performer like Vidya, she has been working very hard.

Thoughts/comments?

I feel Deepika a fine actress.Since cocktail she improved a lot.i love her the most in cocktail.also liked her in Chennai express ram Leela piku.i have not watched BM and padmavat.

Below average actress who shows sparks of brilliance at irregular intervals that are few and far between.

Cardboard. How can you say she hasn't given a single bad performance after cocktail? Haven't you seen her asthma esque performance in nano wale song?

One of the worst if not the worst of this decade. I don't think there was a single movie where she could make me feel connected to the character. Not one.

She is a below average actress
