Only female oriented one is CE, the other two really aren't. Not to mention all 3 are masala movies, something more grounded and serious could be refreshing

Anyway he doesn't have many options, the post 2010 actresses look like his daughter. And the Anushka pairing is off limits now after two big flops.

He can do some with older actresses like Tabu & Vidya (not sure why this hasn't happened yet) or Deepika who still looks good enough with him.
