Young Rebel Star Prabhas is trying hard to make use of the fame had he gained with pan Indian film Baahubali. As a result, his next film Saaho is being made as a multi-lingual project. The makers shelled in hundreds of crores on this action entertainer.

Every now and then, some interesting rumours are being heard which are said to be creating hype on the project. The latest we hear is that Saaho would hit in 10000 screens across the world.

is a poorly executed film with a routine plot. Drawbacks of the film are weak screenplay & songs which are walkout stuff. Even Prabhas looks akward in many scenes

Saaho Story: A huge empire, crores at stake and too many villains. No one can be trusted. So will the balance of power be restored and can one man do whatever it takes to restore the balance of power and defeat the bad guys?

Saaho Review: You probably know the answer to the above question, but writer-director Sujeeth takes you through a maze of twists and turns before he gets there. Pegged as India's biggest action thriller, 'Saaho' gets into the action mode pretty early on. The film begins with signature wide angles of massive structures and grim looking men, who mean serious business. All through the first half, the narrative travels through cities trying to connect high stake robberies in Mumbai and the search of a missing black box that is the key to a fortune. Enter film's leading man Prabhas with a loud, high octane fight scene that sets the stage for many more such confrontations. With his towering screen presence, Prabhas fits the bill in this larger than life role. However, his 'Bahubali' charm is somewhat missing here, as he looks a tad tired. His dialogue delivery is decidedly slow, but works for most part as his character is layered and always keeps the viewer guessing. Shraddha Kapoor looks glamorous, but her character is poorly sketched. Introduced as a tough talking cop, she soon becomes a liability who often needs to be saved rather than she saving the world. Even the chemistry between the lead pair is missing.

Among the many villains, Chunkey Pandey stands out with a very convincing portrayal of his evil character. The rest of them come off as mere caricatures, who fail to make an impact. The film's music is a chartbuster but the untimely placement of songs only add to an already long runtime. Attempts to infuse humour fall flat as none of the jokes land.

'Saaho' surely delivers well as an action extravaganza with an adrenaline pumping climax. The film's second half picks pace, but is marred by a weak narrative that requires constant suspension of disbelief. Also, the special effects and CGI often lack the finesse that a film mounted on such a grand scale deserved.

Overall, 'Saaho' is quite the potboiler that fires in all directions in an attempt to entertain the audience. But with a weak storyline, too many twists and juvenile execution, it ends up being a missed opportunity.

पिछले काफी समय फैन्स Prabhas और श्रद्धा कपूर की फिल्म 'Saaho' के रिलीज होने का इंतजार किया जा रहा है। फाइनली यह फिल्म रिलीज हो चुकी है। यह फिल्म अभी तक की बॉलिवुड सबसे महंगी फिल्मों में से एक कही जा रही है। जोरदार ऐक्शन सीक्वेंसेज और लंबी-चौड़ी स्टार कास्ट से सजी इस फिल्म की कहानी काफी ट्विस्ट और टर्न से भरपूर है और इसमें आपको हीरो के सामने कई विलन देखने को मिलेंगे।

कहानी: जैसा कि फिल्म के ट्रेलर से ही पता चलता है कि 'साहो' में प्रभास का किरदार ही विलन के सारे साम्राज्य को खत्म करता है। फिल्म की कहानी मुंबई में हुई एक बड़ी डकैती से शुरू होती है। एक ब्लैक बॉक्स की तलाश है जिसमें है सभी के किस्मत की चाभी। इसके बाद कहानी कई शहरों से घूमते हुए कनेक्ट होती जाती है।

रिव्यू: फिल्म के फर्स्ट हाफ से ही इसमें ऐक्शन शुरू हो जाता है। शुरू से ही प्रभास की स्क्रीन प्रेजेंस दिखाई देने लगती है। हालांकि प्रभास इस रोल में फिट दिखते हैं लेकिन आपको फिल्म में उनका 'बाहुबली' वाली चार्म नहीं दिखाई देगा। फिल्म में उनकी डायलॉग डिलिवरी काफी स्लो है और शायद जानबूझ कर रखी गई है क्योंकि प्रभास के कैरक्टर को रहस्यमयी बनाया गया है जिसके बारे में लोग अंदाजा ही लगाते रहते हैं। श्रद्धा कपूर फिल्म में ग्लैमरस दिखी हैं लेकिन उनका किरदार ठीक से लिखा ही नहीं गया है। उन्हें एक स्ट्रॉन्ग कॉप दिखाने की बजाय एक ऐसी कमजोर कड़ी बना दिया जाता है जिसे बार-बार हीरो को बचाना पड़ता है। प्रभास और श्रद्धा के बीच की केमिस्ट्री में भी आपको कुछ मिसिंग लगेगा।

जहां तक विलन की बात करें तो सभी में से आपको चंकी पांडे जरूर इंप्रेस करेंगे। बाकी सभी विलन के किरदार बेहद हल्के लिखे गए हैं। फिल्म का म्यूजिक अच्छा है लेकिन गानों को कहानी में गलत जगह रखा गया है जो इस लंबी फिल्म को और लंबा बना देते हैं। फिल्म के ऐक्शन सीन्स आपको पसंद आ सकते हैं लेकिन कहीं न कहीं आपको स्पेशल इफेक्ट उतने फाइन नहीं दिखेंगे जैसे होने चाहिए। देखा जाए तो फिल्म की कमजोर स्टोरी लाइन और वीक डायरेक्शन से डायरेक्टर सुजीत ने एक अच्छा मौका खो दिया है।
