Actor Rishita Kothari has shared an emotional glimpse into her long-awaited return home after more than a year. Posting a series of photographs on Instagram, the actor reflected on the emotional cost of chasing dreams and spoke about finding peace in the place she has always called home.

The photo dump featured Rishita dressed in a lavender traditional outfit as she posed at a temple. The carousel also included candid moments with her family, offering followers a personal look at her homecoming. Among the pictures was rumoured beau Mridul Meena, adding to the attention around the post.

In her heartfelt note, Rishita revealed that it had been over a year since she last visited home. She wrote that while people often notice achievements and smiles, they rarely see the sacrifices, distance and emotional struggles that come with pursuing one's ambitions.

The actor admitted there were moments when she questioned herself, wanted to give up and simply wished to return home. However, she said life kept asking her to remain strong despite the challenges she faced.

Describing the visit as deeply emotional, Rishita wrote that coming back home felt as though her soul had finally exhaled after carrying an invisible burden for a long time. She added that standing before Lord Shiv and Parshwanath Ji, she did not pray for success or more opportunities but instead surrendered her fears, pain and unanswered prayers.

She concluded her note by saying that while home may not solve every problem, it reminds a person of who they are before the world expects them to become someone else. Ending the post on a spiritual note, she wrote, "Har Har Mahadev" and "Nakoda Bhairav Nath ki Jai."
