Bollywood couple Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor had made headlines when the star wife had taken to her official social media handle and announced that the couple were on a house hunting spree, that they were building a dream together.

After Mira, Shahid had taken to his official social media handle and posted a photo of himself with his father looking at the blueprints of an apartment while standing in a bare plot. Sharing the picture Shahid has informed his followers that he was taking approvals from his father.

Looks like the Shahid and Mira are finally ready to move into their new lavish house. The 38-year-old actor who currently resides at a beach facing apartment in Juhu has found home in a plush residential apartment in Worli. As per recent reports from Mumbai Mirror, the apartment is ready for possession.

A source close to the development informed Mumbai Mirror that the Kaminey actor had been looking for something more suitable for a family of four and this over 8000 square feet apartment that they closed the deal on, is expected to be ready for possession by the year end.

As per reports doing rounds on the internet, Shahid’s new sea-facing duplex in Worli came with a hefty price. It’s said that the couple paid a huge amount of Rs. 56 crores for the flat with an extra Rs. 2.91 crores for stamp duty.

It is also said that many Bollywood celebrities like Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh and Abhishek Bachchan also live in the same building, while Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma, Yuvraj Singh and other celebs also live nearby.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor had gotten hitched in July 2015, in an arranged marriage. The couple was blessed with a baby girl in August 2016, whom they named Misha Kapoor and they welcomed a baby boy in September last year. They named him Zain Kapoor.

The source further revealed, “Shahid was looking for an unrestricted view of the city, and the 500 square-feet balcony in the new house faces the Bandra-Worli sea link, offering a great view of the city’s skyline. The apartment complex also features indoor facilities like spa, swimming pool, gym, and ballrooms.”

Apparently, Mira and Shahid had given a few clues to their followers that they were working on their new house along with Gauri Khan, who according to rumours, has been appointed as the interior designer.
