A 20 million house would likely have 1 or 2 million a year just in yearly taxes. When you only earn around $2 million a year total (before expenses!) and your property taxes alone are going to be more than what you have left over... you're asking for trouble. That's not even counting the mortgage payments and all the other expenses. You should never have to dip into savings just to maintain an inflated lifestyle.

It's probably just a PR article to hype themselves but god help them if they really think this is doable.

Pc already owns five apartments in Mumbai. One of which was used to run a shady massage parlor by the tenant

TMZ posts whenever any celebrity buys or sells a house, not sure how this is show off. lol their current house wasn’t kid friendly... it was all open concept, sharp edges, big pool taking up most of the backyard, overlooking a cliff. So they probably want something less of a bachelor pad and more family and future friendly.

Anyways not sure why people don’t get happy for other people upgrading their homes, good for them! I’m sure they know what they can afford better than us.

There’s pictures from when the house was listed on real estate websites etc, that’s how TMZ figures out too.
