Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas tied the knot in December 2018 in a lavish wedding in Jodhpur. After the couple got hitched, the actress moved to Los Angeles to live with her husband Nick. Post their marriage, PeeCee used to live in New York. And now, reportedly, the duo is house hunting in Beverly Hills or Bel-Air area in Los Angeles to settle together. Interestingly, the couple’s big budget for their new sweet home will blow your mind!

As Nick is a married man now, he had to leave his bachelor pad so that he can move in with wife Priyanka and thus the hunt for their new mansion began. As per a report in TMZ, the American singer has sold off his house in LA last month for USD 6.9 million (Rs 48.92 crore). Nick’s bachelor pad had 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and an infinity pool.

Leaving behind Nick’s house, the couple is now headed to move in together in a bigger, more expensive house in Beverly Hills or Bel-Air neighborhood. The report further stated that the couple is looking to buy a mansion in LA worth a staggering amount of USD 20 million (Rs 141.83 crore). Well, Niyanka’s new home sweet home is sure to be a grand one!

The report further suggested that the deal on the property front is likely to close after Jonas Brothers complete their Happiness Begins tour, which is about to kick off in Miami, Florida.

Since Jonas Brothers will be touring all the way through February 22, 2020, it is unlikely that the couple will decide on a deal prior to that. Meanwhile, they will be looking out for potential properties, added the website.

Recently, Priyanka was spotted vacationing with Sophie Turner in Miami. The girl's duo was seen soaking the sun by the poolside at a hot bikini party and shopping till they drop, the Jonas sisters seemed to have a lot of fun!

This is why you hear of HW celebrities and rappers going bankrupt. They want to live a bigger lifestyle than they can afford.

A 20 million house would likely have 1 or 2 million a year just in yearly taxes. When you only earn around $2 million a year total (before expenses!) and your property taxes alone are going to be more than what you have left over... you're asking for trouble. That's not even counting the mortgage payments and all the other expenses. You should never have to dip into savings just to maintain an inflated lifestyle.

It's probably just a PR article to hype themselves but god help them if they really think this is doable.
