Rahi and Prem are delighted to meet their new investor RV at Kothari mansion. Vasundhara and Gautam share knowing glances and encourage them to sign contract with RV for investing n expansion of the cafe . Rahi and Prem are happy n satisfied to go thru the contract terms and also feel Moti baa has encouraged them so they put aside their hesitancy go ahead n sign the contract .

At Shah house Baa and Babuji watch Mahi leaving in a hurry all dressed up and tell Anupama that they have suspicions on Mahi’s actions and feel concerned for her safety n future . Anupama tactfully questions Mahi over her Delhi course and what was she doing now , Mahi reveals during the course an investor got impressed with her designs and offers her contract to launch jewellery brand for her . She agreed n was now going to design for this investor . Baa and Babuji feel this offer seem too good to be true n remain skeptical

Ganapati visarjan is going to on is full rituals fun n masti , Prem n Rahi reach late n earn Anupama’s wrath . She is surprised when they bring RV with them n Anupama recognises her saviour in the recent road accident. She learns he is the new investor in Anuj Cafe . RV praises Prem n Rahi and offer to invest on LUZ cafe too. He gets emotional when Anupama mentions Saavi (his late sister) Anupama declines his offer to invest in their cafe .

As RV joins Shah family for Ganapati visarjan the family learns that RV is the one who is lunching Mahi’s jewellery brand . They feel it’s too good to be true . Anuoama remains skeptical .

RV calla for a meeting at Kothari mansion and thus brings Mahi there But her arrival irks Moti baa and she starts lashing out at her . Gautm follows and Mahi retorts back to both . Prem and Rahi calm bot sides and Prem assures Moti baa that he will ask RV not to let such meetings happen in future . RV must not be knowing the equation between Moti baa and Mahi .

RV asks them to meet him at the cafe .

Pari is going out in connection with her boutique and Ishaani accompanies her n assures to look after her . Moti baa is against Pari working or going out , but Prem convinces her .

Anupama gets a bank loan for her dream house but bank takes NSH as guarantee . Anupama is not in agreement with this arrangement but Bnk manager and Ansh persuade her to go ahead . Anupma signs gainst her wishes .

Rahi and Prem notice RV’s undie interest in LUZ cafe n find it misplaced . They wonder why he was still interested since Anumaa has clearly declined his proposal.
