Doctors mange all the casualties , each case of neurotoxin poisoning is behaving differently from the other leaving the doctors confused and scrambling to find antodotes.
CO Col Suryakant summons retired doctor n his old friend Dr Mrs Jaiswal . .. she is Aniruddh’s mother . She appreciates Naina’s management and agrees with the medicines used . She states how she managed similar cases in her time with the same drug regime. Aniruddh is however not impressed n behaves rudely with her .
Naina manages all the complicated cases and earns the praises from seniors and junior doctors .

Arif is one casualty whose family is very close to Sameer n he takes special interest in his recovery . His little child likes Sameer n happily asks Sameer if Naina was his GF and he reveals she is and they will be married soon. Everyone soon learns about Naina Sameer relationship and all congratulate them . Kavita is very happy for Naina . Aniruddh is however heart broken and keeps remembering how he faulted while he was having his love affair with Naina. He weeps in solitude but faces her bravely n asks her to move on with Sameer who was a nice guy n perfect for Naina . She agrees for their engagement . The ring selection happens in presence of Bhiaya and Naina selects the simplest one . Sameer understands Naina’s choice . Elsewhere Anuriddh is seen holding a small ring and weeping while he stares at it . His mother realises her failure as a mother n hugs and consoles her son. He shares his woes with her n she assures her full support . She apologises for her failures and accept it was wrong to give so much importance to her career neglecting her family… sons n parents . She has since lost her parents, partner , one son n only Aniruddh.

Doctors have received a casualty which has a grenade implanted into a soldiers’s body . As doctors team are trying to remove the thing from his body, they fear it might explode by moment .
