GUDDANS “SECOND” MARRIAGE

I know in the end she actually married aj not the old guy and now they’re putting on an act that it really was the old guy she married but can someone tell me how this wedding even took place and was completed considering she is still married to aj and have not as yet divorced him? Am I missing something? Last time I checked you couldn’t be married to two ppl at the same time
