I am not feeling as enthusiastic as I expected!

Everyone who has followed this show even casually knows for a fact that the story of the show moved nowhere, until very recently, with the 500th episode showing Sherlyn and Rishabh's wedding, and with the recent promo and all the intentional media coverage the show's makers are giving to this upcoming wedding, it is all but confirmed that Preeta and Karan are most likely to get married at this wedding. I don't know if I am the only one but with ALL the progress made in the story with the recent track as well as upcoming track, I have genuinely started missing the old drag-fest 'Kundali Bhagya'. I don't like the progress in the story. I guess I may sound crazy to some but truth be told I feel as thou the makers were also worried about the same. I know a lot of you are really excited about the upcoming wedding, but I want to know the truthful answer from some of the forum members on whether any of you have been feeling the same with the recent episodes. It all feels so unentertaining. Or am I the only one?

I hate to say this but both the Bhagyas-Kundali/Kumkum looks like the rehash version of KZK 2 where couples never reunite.Its more than 500+ but Kapre or whatever couple name you wanna give to Karan-Preeta won't ever reunite.Same happened with its parent show Kumkum Bhagya where Abhi-Pragya never renuited though they have 2 next gen daughters-Prachi & Rhea.In fact Rhea seems to be the new Tanu for her sister Prachi. So even Preeta & Shrishti's neices-Prachi & Rhea are going to go the same tribulation of long separation & short-reunion.Yeah the timelines might be different or have got separated but Pragya has 3 sisters-Late Bulbul, Preeta & Shrishti.

I'm a new viewer but even I can echo this sentiment. I don't know what it is about this track but it's like quicksand. Things are happening but it's at such a slow progression that it's equivalent to it be nothing at all.

The biggest problem that I have is with the dialogues. They are SO repetitive, it's not even funny. They either repeat them under the same breath or come back to it within two minutes. You can skip watching the show for weeks and you will miss nothing at all because they will literally have the characters rehash everything that has happened thus far.

Agreed! Even during all the drag fest before rishabh-sherlin marriage at least there was light-heartedness and romance. Now it's just tons of character assassination/ humiliation of a woman like usual shows and that's all.

That is what I was feeling, it is as thou post Rishlyn's marriage the show has lost its sense of humour, its lightheartedness, its as thou I was watching a sitcom for the first 500 episodes and now the genre of the show has changed completely to 'tragedy' for some reason. I guess when I was thinking about the progress of the story my primary focus was on Prithvi-Sherlyn Pardafash and not all these marriages, but apparently 'marriages' are the way the makers want to progress in this show.

I don't think it is KZK 2 that they are following, but the story is more in line with the OG KZK, from the beginning....

For me it is illogical reason of Karan's angry. It's unbelievable. This is why I lost connection with the male lead. His anger is so forced. Still I find the show interesting even now.

The writers need Karan to be angry with Preeta to continue the story. They can't be happily married. But give your viewers some solid reason not this stupidity!

Karan was so smart before he got that picture of Preeta and Sherleen. He knows that Sherleen and Prithvi are bad. But he didn't even think twice it could be a trap. He just kicked Preeta out. And now he listen to Sherleen 🥴

I did understand Abhi believing Tanu and Aliya. He thought they were good people and Pragya was bad. But Karan and Sherleen? And Preeta?

Karan knows Preeta better than anyone and still he is behaving like that... 🙄 Not exciting. Not believable.

Well, I think once they get married now the show will return to comedy. They just need a big drama for the marriage.

I highly doubt that the show is going to return to comedy anytime soon at all, it just wouldn't work with the flow.

They just don't care about the flow most of the time 😀 I have been watching Kumkum Bhagya since the very beginning. They always did this with KKB. One day tragedy, the other day comedy. I think sometimes they even did both tragedy and comedy in one episode. First it was strange and then I got used to it)))

This two shows are very similar. I mean not the same story but same principles of twists and turns. So it's not the end of comedy and it's not the final tragedy.
