These things not just happens in ITV. In thai lakorns there is a genre / term.. Slap-kiss drama.. Where the ML will be so abusive, kiss FL without consent, rape her but still the girl will end up falling for him and people still keep watching it.

I seriously hope we don't get to see such things here with Jabir.. Pooja is not someone who is spineless and cries every time and neither is kabir someone who uses force to put forth his point.

Not to forget the shows and makers themselves try to portray grey females as vamps and grey males as desirable.
