I wish he would go back to doing the indie films! He has always been a natural performer- it is sad to see him chasing these big BO hits, masala movies etc!

I really like up WAKE UP SID..but its own director hates his film n prefers YJHD .. poor Ranbir then instead has to say that WUS is his fav film at the events so the film can get some more respect.

Ranbir's choices of films are terrible, but i find him a good actor. That I can give to him I didn't like Rockstar but he was good in it, ditto for his trashy films like Anjaana Anjaani, bachna ae haseeno ae dil hai mushkil..

but for an actor who was touted to be the next big superstar getting easily surpassed by not so happening YRF product Ranveer Singh is a big shocker! Clearly Ranbir's choices r terrible, his game is weak and he's not that serious about his career the way he should be that explains why he is not today where he should have been

Ranbir is an actor who's brilliant acting is still remembered for Rocket Singh, Baarfi, Sanju etc. movies. Although Sawariya, Jagga Jasus, Tamasha flopped still his performance got praised by everyone. He is an actor who's one movie releases in a year and people can't forget that movie forever, compare their fave's several performances with that one movie lol.

He's going through some crisis in his personal life. But I'm sure he's gonna overcome them and will back with great performances. People loved him earlier and will love him in future as well.

Everything can change but not this forum's obsession with RK 😆 Every few weeks "lost his way" "lost his charm" "RS better" etc.

Does the crisis go by the name of Alia Bhatt? I feel like his depression stems from the fact his mother never approved of anyone he loved and shoved someone he didn’t like down his throat?

Ranbir was overrated to start with. He is a good actor but certainly not the genius acting prodigy his PR team and celebrity uncles/aunties made him out to be when he debuted. He got lucky to debut amongst mediocre actors (of his generation) so he naturally stood out. Today there are other talented young actors so it is natural for him to be compared. His issue is his ego and complacent attitude; he always stays in his comfort zone and doesn’t put in the amount of work his contemporaries are willing to give for a movie. Pretty sure he would be more driven if he wasn’t a Kapoor. And men who have an alcohol + woman addiction are never the over achiever type, ever! Salman is probably the only one who got away with it but we all know he is not really famous for his acting talent and professionalism. If Ranbir doesn’t get his act together he will end up like Sanjay Dutt.
