At one point Durga is grateful to Guddu for saving the whole Jindal clan and on the other end, she doesn't want Guddan to be loved from her very own husband.

I feel she was mentally sick from before only but now since Guddu's entry in Jindal bhavan, it is coming upfront.
She isn't possessive for Kishore cause she feels where will he go ? like she says according to her belief, there is no one more perfect than her. She takes him for granted. She feels he is always under her control.
She loves being in control of everyone's life. Before Guddu's entry, she believed she had control of everyone. Saru & Laxmi would follow her around, dadi won't say anything much as she really didn't mind any of her works than. About AJ, he had a regular fixed routine & would live in a perfect discipline. This schedule of him, she had mugged up in her mind & she knew when is he doing what & where. That kind of gave her a feeling of being in control of him too. That's her delusion & she still believes that before Guddu's entry she had control over everything & even AJ too.
With Guddu's entry, one by one truth is coming out, Saru & Laxmi were never in her control & they were just following around cause of their own selfish reasons & as a team to defend themselves from AJ's wrath . Dadi was not in her control & infact before she never objected to her grim ways of operating the house cause at that time she didn't see an alternative but she loves Guddu's lively ways. And AJ has always been on his own & now making changes to accommodate Guddu's preferences.
She was never grateful to Guddu. She only did drama to get into AJ's good books cause at this moment showing any type is hostility towards Guddu can proof itself to be grave for them & not to forget AJ has already warned them after they almost made Guddu leave the house that his maafi would cost them heavy. He won't tolerate anything such again & may himself kick them out since last time he made 0 effort to stop them.
About Antra, she will lead to Guddu realizing her love for AJ.
