Actually I don't mind the portraits being in the balcony cause this isn't a normal balcony.

This balcony overlooks the entire house & at times AJ was also shown looking over some major incidences from the balcony.

This balcony is like the one in palaces from were king & queen look over & wave to their awaam.

So this way these the two decreased will be overlooking the household & blessing it.
