Arnav first saw Khushi when she was an intern at Manohar's and she was in her 2nd week there. But she calls herself Manohar's Protege. So it must have definitely been couple years (atleast) that she worked there to attain that status. Her marriage to Arnav is recent, because she is his "new" wife. So I just did the math there.

I directly connected Khushi feeling indebtedness to Manohar to Arnav thanking Manohar for bringing in his life.

Arnav would have thanked Manohar in the context that Arnav met Khushi only because she works there right that too offered by Manohar?

And not to forget what made Manohar to convince Khushi to marry Arnav!
