Gowri, Ulaganathan was dead in Annamalai. My prediction is Radhika herself. I heard in Chitty there was twin Radhika who fell into water and presumed drowned. It could be that.

My second choice will be Ajay of course - seeing he has his own hospital etc. So it could be him

It must be some firangi. Selvi already has a bleak past, therefore to make her future unpredictable is not fitting for a heroine.
