Dance sequence was beautiful. I loved it but Yes , nowadays I watch all their scenes imagining them as Parica and not Anu-Pre because If they are anu-Pre, I will feel disgusted as there is absolutely no connection btwn both. I can't imagine all this humiliation and stuff done to protect "Prerna".

The same thing happened with season 1. I felt disgusted with The characterization of Anu-Pre and when Anurag was butchered badly, I supported Bajaj after the 20 year leap.

At that time I was 13 year old and didn't have much idea about what is right and wrong but now that I m 29, I know both Anurag and Bajaj were toxic

I am curious to know how they gonna butcher Anurag’s character this time.. and what will they do with Bajaj! It will happen for sure as there will need to be hurdles to keep them apart.. just hope the reason will be real and not lame..

Like I was telling Mily, I will only be reading the updates from now on and I wnt watch until Pre become stronger and independent..

Anu was behaving like a weathervane. He insulted Pre which made her hate him for treating her so badly then afraid he might lose her he also tends to her confusing Pre why he was protecting and saving her.

AnuPre are a younger couple early to mid twenties and lack the maturity to be in a marriage where trust is the foundation. They have a lot to understand but kasautis keep coming at them like cannonballs before they can even get their marriage on stable ground.

Its not men versus women - yes, I agree it shouldn’t be and that was not even point of my post.

You’ve sort of proven the point of my post by expending so much energy and angst in highlighting each thing prerna has done wrong and so little for anurag. 🤔

Second thing.. I am sorry of person who like to hear both side of story and intention behind it so for me in this show both lead are at fault. I really hate it when majority of people blame Male lead only. I find both act stupid as each other so I dont think blame should be only in one. If Prena would have moved on then I would have supported her but she herself come to a man who she thought cheated her.. that is not womenempowwrment.

I might be wrong for some people but lately being a women I find we use women card soo easily whereas we can fight our battle our self.. plus both need a blame then just 1 in my opinion.

I do have one question though.. We were all prepared and we all knew that humiliations, abuses and everything else would be whitewashed.. but should Prerna at least be angry with Anurag for hiding the truth from her but also decide on what’s better for her? What about all the promises he made on that confessions day? Hamesha saath dunga.. we will always be together..

may be its just me, but I can’t connect with either of them for now esp Anurag.. I just read the updates now and I am probably the only one who fell sick after watching their dance sequence on IG..

I totally agree with you on prerna needing to be angry! I was even irritated seeing her return to Basu house. I want anurag to go begging to her! I want him on his knees.

The comment that set me off was “My prob is with pre, she is not even thi king of talking with him, just right away dreaming, come on, show a little more substance in the girl. They ignore her royally. Sorry, I din mean to be rude, but Anurag is fine, he is hesitating, which is needed.”

Sure say thag prerna should not let anurag off lightly but for god sake don’t be fine with anurag! Why make excuses for anurag or accept what anruag has done. Because he is a man? And we accept less form them? Why?

Some other people comment on this post have typical response of oh you are being unfair to women by holding them to a lower standard. That’s definitely not what I am going. I am sayjng let’s hold prerna to a high standard but let’s also hold anurag t thag same standard .

It was more the disparity in standards, Mily. No one is doubting your liking of prerna.

I am sorry but I feel you are unnecessarily making it into a man vs woman thing. Wasn’t Anurag’s actions called out in this very forum during the public humiliation times and whenever he was babying Komo ? He was called everything from dumbo...stupid to douchebag. I remember almost the entire forum supported Prerna during that time. Why is it that whenever somebody criticises Prerna for something that happened today they are expected to criticise Anurag in the same post for his past actions which were called out before? This actually reminds me of present day Indian politics. Whenever somebody criticises the ruling bjp government for something that is happening in today’s times, they are always asked why they don’t talk about what Rajeev Gandhi, Nehru didn’t do when they were PMs (approximately 30 and 60 years before respectively)
