That sudden OTT cringe is definitely the after effects of the amazing birthday party .
We already have 4 good scenes to prove how Mishti drifted away from Veer and she is now emotionally connected to Ruhaan now
1. The night where she literally pleaded to him to listen to her .. His Kaun Hai Ye Mishti .. I feel like I don't know you.. was the first crack in MishVeer
Simultaneously her entry into Ruhaan's room and his question on why she behaved like that was all that Mishti was expecting from any one near and dear to ask her.
Ruhaan's concern and willingness to listen to her was the 1st step of Mishti towards Ruhaan .
2 . Even the next morning , she reminisced how he wanted to know what went wrong . His explanation on how to deal with her siblings and how he is also regretting his smoking habits as a cause of Ansh's smoking
definitely made Mishti take her second step towards Ruhaan.
3 . The pre final blow in MishVeer is when Mishti questioned her self if she is in love with Veer and how she doesn't want to be like Kunal . It was a clear unsaid statement that shows her inclination towards Ruhaan
The Zid to not become like Kunal is the only chain that is still tying Mishti and Veer .
Last blow , Taking decisions on her behalf , Ordering her on what to do and not to has "almost" ended MishVeer now . Her cringe and discomfort is totally understandable there
The way Mishti dealt Ansh in Ruhaan's way is another unsaid way of Mishti assuring Ruhaan that he has finally earned her Trust and now he is a part of her family .
Reality struck her hard when Veer 's Mummy Ji said that the cards are ready and now the mess has further deepened .
