YRF does not take care of their talent

Does any one else feel this way? I have noticed they pay attention to their big budget films. they introduce new talent but are bad with supporting them. Do they launch new talent to gain a certain perception that they are open to outsiders, and therefore help with their appeal but in reality probably dont care.

atleast dharma launches talent, more star kids of course...but do a good job with supporting their talent

They gave Vaani two big movies. I'm sure RK, Tiger and Hrithik wanted someone else

And that is weird.

I am sure there are MANY actors and actresses that have same talent, maybe even more talented... that come knocking and trying to audition. They should cast new guys and girls and support them with good scripts.

They want the stars to do everything themselves - from movie choices, to acting, to self promo, to career ...and they to just take the credit?

I feel bad for Anya Singh I mean that girl has potential but hasn't had a movie since her debut, and kind of tired of this 'Adi said wait I have something special for you' rubbish.

They only care about Vaani. They don't even give Ranveer good movies. When was his last good movie under Yrf?

They're in it just for talent management + profits. KJo is very paternal/protective of his talents. Don't think Adi cares how the actors do at all. Shradha was super-smart to have figured this out many years ago.
