YRF totally ruined Pari's career. Shraddha was wise to get out early and get success on her own. They tried to ruin Sushant's career too. Vaani, they made her mess up her face and then offer her a film every 3 yrs. No wonder all newbie Nepo kids latch onto Papa Jo for their debuts and careers.

well they are making profits with Khan movies, lazy toh honge hi.
I mean even TOH was profitable venture for YRF.
While Karan cannot get the khans for himself, so he has to nurture new stars.
And he has been kinda successful.

the way karan handles his talent and dharma is way way better. even though I am against the whole nepotism thing, he makes sure his talent is getting good work. I believe jaanhvi is already doing a second film, and that too a good role.

yrf had anya singh as someone said, and she is nowhere to be seen now. same with vaani kapoor who is being offered big films imo just b/c they feel they owe her something in return since she waited for years and for aditya and then flopped.

yrf works with the khans, but even there big films have flopped recently..

they need to change their culture imo, and support new talent better or they will be in trouble

Until Adi lobbies other PHs and directors under other banners to cast Vaani in their potential NA winner moviesmovies, I'd say Adi didn't help Vaani either.

not just good for actors.
As per reports Dharma is good for their employees too.
From stop boys to the management.
Everyone seems happy.
That must be the reason why despite people cursing Kjo, he isn't exactly suffering financially.
As somewhere I read Good Karma outweighs the Bad Karma.😆

I dont agree with him all the time but personally I find karan smart and he is a good businessman. he is also people oriented, which helps. he makes sure he is in tune with the industry and is good at interpersonal relationships imo.

ive never seen aditya chopra😆
