How many actresses really work hard on their craft?

So, in today's generation, we have lots of A-list actresses but which ones do you think work hard on their craft from film to film and actually try to get under the skin of the character?

Alia Bhatt in Gully Boy did an amazing job and seems to be showing this work. So does Kangana. But then, some actresses are good in some roles and completely lacklustre in others. So, who do you think takes the ACT in actress seriously among the A-listers?

A-list actresses: Alia, Deepika, Kangana, Anushka, Katrina, Priyanka, Kareena, Shradha

Which of the above do you think really work hard on their acting and are not complacent?

i think all of them do. the difference in some of them is over confidence. priyanka i feel has this trait. i like pc but she thinks she is better that she is.

among the new lot. alia works on it. she tries to improve..she imo has the best work ethic in bollywood even though i hate her getting all the opportunities and being hyped up like she is the best which i still dont believe. deepika and anushka are also very hard working imo. and kangana...all of them basically.

parineeti is struggling not particularly "a list" right now..but she became complacent and overconfident with her talent.and that is a negative. the minute she changes that...she can really make an impact. because she is the most naturally gifted actress among the newer lot imo.

Priyanka(she is the best hardworking actress i've ever seen..such passion and drive..she's female srk..no wonder even srk became her admirer❤️ though he lied later to protect his image💔..she accepted their relationship though to a fan😉)

Madhuri(used to so much when she was young, now she became lazy)

They work on every detail and get every nuance correct.

Out of the actresses you listed I think they all work hard in what they do or they wouldn't have made it thus far. However, if we are going to talk about who really takes their acting seriously I'll rate them according to scale of best to worst or who I think works harder:

Priyanka

Alia-Kangana

Anushka-Kareena

Deepika

Shraddha

Katrina

That's how I feel about it.
