I'm confused.

So many good reviews and hype. I was so excited to see this on Netflix. I watched it yesterday and I was shocked

I didn't find the movie "thrilling at all ... I found it quite predictable actually! I feel like I watched a different movie than the one everyone was talking about

Am I the only one who didn't like it ?

Thank God there is someone ...I thought I was the only one ...

I loved some of the mad twists and especially Tabu's character but I dint find it thrilling at all...since my expectation was so high , hence more the disappointment.

Congratulations. You are in parallel reality where the film sucked.

Jokes aside actually on second thoughts it was not some classic like people made it out to be. It was good but not that great also.

The same was the case with Badlapur made by the same filmmaker which was hyped so much.

Nothing has come close to the epicness of Ek Hasina Thi amongst all these films.

It was a good movie. Certainly not some classic its touted to be. But then Bolly has really limited amount of good thrillers. Personally, the first half was amazing. I remember having an almost heart attack when he goes to the police station to complain and BAM! comes out you-know-who. Second half is okay.

It's fine not to like a "hyped" movie! ... Andhadhun is my fav movie of the year while "Badhai Ho" I didn't like much .. so it happens .. we can't all like ALL movies!

Probably because you watched it with great expectations. The rest watched it as just another movie and loved the surprise.

I watched The Godfather with a lot of expectations too, and was disappointed. Thus I learnt the lesson to watch movies with a fresh mind

P.S. Another minor probability is that you didn't like it since you are a compulsive contrarian.

Pretty much this.

I had SMALL expectations because I am not a HUGE fan of Ayushman's types of comedy roles... -says she .. that watched DLA and Vicky Donor like 10 times each😆😆

Nah. I love Ayushman since Vicky Donor and DLA and Badhaai Ho were great.

Dunno why I didn't expect much- maybe the blind pianist stuff wasn't thrilling? Dunno.

But when I saw the first half I was like : WHOAH !

Loved it. Second half wasn't as great as first but still very enjoyable.

I wouldn't say a classic, but considering the ..pretty much low quality of most comedy/ thrillers I've seen of late.. Andhadhun was a great surprise!

(I should have trusted AYush to deliver.. especially with Tabu- her role was super duper fun!)

Definitely not a classic like some are touting it to be. But it was definitely a good watch. The first half of the movie is very strong... the second half is where it faltered imo. I was quite bored in some of the parts there.

The songs were great though.
