Didn't read the OP, but I don't really wish they make more patriotic films.. but surely, wish to see more films focusing on the diverse culture, arts and history of the subcontinent ! :)

problem is patriotic movies nowadays are trashed by the so called critics and BW so called liberals(they aren't liberals though, they can't be liberals).

But are people even sure what is patriotism anymore? The liberal media wants to destroy the whole idea of patriotism. They would rather have one world govt, one world currency and all.

The other day I read a BS article in I think it was the Express Sunday. And the writer was going on and on on some ridiculous trip trying to somehow project that one Must Never think of their country as motherland or Fatherland like they do in Russia. That was the gist but the whole article was so much nonsense. Papers publish anything and anyone nowadays.

And then there's people who cant differentiate between country and political party. Some parties have so appropriated the concept that the masses feel outraged on their behalf.

We actually don't.

Yes there would be some movie where a scene is added to use patriotic theme.

Like in Zero, the whole film completes and you get last 2-3 minutes where bauaa wants to do mission for the country or a scene added in bagghi 2 with Indian flag.

Just on country and patriotism movie are rare.
