Adding pictures in post

Hey guys,

If I am making a post, how do I add pictures? I tried copy and pasting but the pictures are always shown as too large.

Can someone help me?

I want to start making some posts on favorite Adiya scenes and i wanted to add screen shots to make it look more colorful

Any help will be appreciated!
