It looks a bit funny😆 who talks so loudly with themselves. They could have shown it as a voice over and thinking in her mind.

May be she wants to talk but doesnt doesnt have anyone like mom, siblings or lots of friends. Her dad seems busy so may be from childhood she used to talk to herself to not feel much lonely

Storywise it could be cs of her lonliness. She has grown up alone without her father around n for her, her mother is dead so without a family to talk to share her feelings she may used to grow up like this.

On the other hand cvs can show it as her mind voice too.

May be her dad doesn't want her to mingle with others because she is a vishkanya. So she grown up all alone. That is why she is talking to herself. I think so 😆
