pari is a motherless child..
she has only kunal as her family.. so she is possessive about him..
but she yearns for a mother's love too and mauli is a beautiful , charming and lovely lady.. she is fond of mauli.. kids get attracted to their good looking sweet teachers too..

and according to pari mother can be replaced. her dialogue "bhagwan aap ek kaam kro. mumma ko aap rakh lo. ek nayi mumma bhej do mere aur buddy ke lie" . so she thinks that she can get another mother. she doesnt know the concept of marriage..

she wants mauli to come everyday and play with her, make food for her just like other mothers do. she wants a family.. where they all can play together, there is some noise in the house..

she never wanted to share her buddy with mishti but now she thinks that mishti will not like mauli meeting her so she makes a deal that of she shares buddy with her then mauli will be shared by mishti too. lol kids and their thoughts..

it is as simple as lunchbox sharing for pari.. she doesnt understand the depth of her own words.

ps - i agree the dialogues given to pari are mostly ott.. but her yearning for mauli is not weird.
also i am not saying that she should get what she wants.. i am just trying to read pari.

i dont understand why it is so difficult to understand her..
it seems a simple thing to her. thats it..
its her logic..
i think pari is getting the punishment of being kunal and nandini's daughter.. 😕

Couldn't agree more.

But unfortunately, being KunDini's daughter she is receiving unnecessary bashing from most of the people. I do hate her OTT dialogues. For that, I solely blame the CVS & dialogue writer.

Till now Pari & Mauli are behaving normal. Neither Mauli is overly attached nor Pari is dying for her. I personally feel she is elated as she is very fond of Mauli & it gives her pleasure that her mother was friends with her. Gives the kid the satisfaction that she too was a lovely person.

The writer should portray MauNal as two responsible adults who would make her understand the difference between a cool aunt & actual mom. It's not necessary that Mauli has to marry Kunal for Pari. Pari can definitely have a mother if someday Kunal decises to marry someone. Even Mauli can move on with Ishaan & stay cordial with Pari.

I still don't understand what's that has to do with Nandini appointing Mauli as an AAYA or Mauli being a negligent mother to Mishti. 🤢

I used to watch a show called BHOOTU on Zee TV. Although the plot was very simple, till this day, I consider that show to be the best in portraying the love between a kid & her adopted mother. Because they took time to build it.

i reallu believe people feel that she will be the reason for their reunion. hence this freaking out at her actions.. i feel that maunal if are going to unite will unite for themselves first then for kids.. and honestly.. i dont see them coming together.

yes, pari is just facinated and wants a mother like mauli. or may be mauli. but thats okay. she doesnt know that its impossible. and mauli went there bcz mishti had hurt pari and nandini was a friend of mauli. although she went to her friend's house she will be coming out from her ex's house.. anyway that requires separate post . 😆

yes obviously they wont come together for kids.. it will be stupid..
and about nandini --- kya hi bolu.. she shouldnt have said that last line to mauli.. anyway she is a closed chapter now..

Yes its a little bit difficult to understand pari.. but its not entirely her fault.. her moms cd was played in front of her.. and her father is refusing to explain to her.. parenting does not work that way.. although he can explain so many thing.. him keeping quiet looks like he wants mauli to do all the work .. even though he clearly does not have any feelings for her..
and mauli is adding to our irritation by ignoring mishti... can't she see her daughter is hurt..and she needs reassurance.

Ditto ,I completely agree to your post .Finally someone spoke.

Enough of name-calling to Pari and Mauli, just because she is product of EMA..Pari loves Mauli truly and Mauli getting attached to Pari is natural as somewhere thankfully she reminds her of her best friend and not the woman who cheated on her. I'm proud of Mauli as it takes guts to love your ex husband's daughter who cheated on you..Ppl who are name-calling her and calling her doormat and a woman without self respect. Really ?I would rather be a woman of compassion and love then the fake ott self respect and ego.

Also the other thing is ppl are praising Ishan so blindly, I mean just wow. .how much do we know of him? What if this is just his facade to be good and he is actually not? I always find Ishan's expression different from his dialogues .For instance I would had been happy if he had made his displeasure known to Mauli for meeting Pari. Because he clearly didn't liked it and it was clear from his expression. If you love someone you have to be transparent and honest to that person, which Ishan lacks.

Now does this makes me a Maunal shipper ?No I'm a neutral viewer currently who is seeing show differently after the leap.

I have seen shows like Astitva and Hasratein both were realistic and dealt with EMA.

I agree. Pari isn't wrong but she is OTT. And that is a big problem for me personally. I think many of us who are having problem with this show because the show keep flip-flopping the tone.
I think many of us, if not all, wanted a dhamakedaar, full voltage drama after Kunal's return. And after their OTT divine love, increadible white washing of KuNan and later humiliation of Mauli, I think we deserved it. But we didn't get that. Mauli has been made mellow. Is it because the show wants us to be realistic and wants to portray reality? But chalo, wo bhi fine. And I do think Kunal has been fairly okay since his return. Other than him not regretting doubting Mouli's pregnancy, he has done nth good or bad (but seriously, are makers not even going to address that angle?)

But how about rest of the show? The rest is utter non-sense. Either portray the whole story and each character with realism and dignity or go to the full on drama part. Don't trick viewers into believing a characters bahaviour (Mauli in this case) is real.

So, coming to your point of Pari: no she isn't wrong. But she is hella OTT and thats annoying. Specially when rest of the show is so mellow. And unlike Mishty (who just witnessed her mother telling her father that he didn't want her even before her birth), Pari has no reason to be so OTT.

This track should have been about Kunal and Mishti and NOT Mouli and Pari. And later, they could have had Kunal-Pari track regarding how to Pari feels about Mishti as a real sister. Mouli and Pari don't need to be a thing, ever for me personally, but if the makers really wanted Mouli to mother KuNan's child they could've incorporated Mouli in that story.

But now, when Kunal is fairly chill about Mishti, and to see Mouli get so upset about a kid getting fever is beyond ridiculous. (For crying out loud, they could've made Kunal go away for a conference for few days and Radhika and co agreeing to babysit her in that periode, but no they had to play the poor motherless Pari card). They are using Pari the same way they used domestic violence: just a plotpoint to justify KuNan. And just like how people stopped sympathizing with Nandini when it got too much, people have had little too much of OTT cuteness.

@bold: People are praising Ishaan because as of now he has been praiseworthy. We can't ignore the good he has done just because we want to doubt he must have some ulterior motive. I am sorry, but thats a very twisted perspective. Either we must know he is a bad or there should be a substantial evidence taht be could be a villian with disturbing motives. A nice guy shouldn't be praised because he COULD, POSSIBLY, MAYBE bad is just silly.

This is a same show where Mouli's parents vanished in her most critical moment of time, you expect history of a new character?
