It seems like the new lead of Star Plus and 4 Lions Films' popular show Ishqbaaaz is found!!
Yes, the likelihood as of now is that a newbie actress Manjiri is on the verge of getting finalized to play the lead opposite Nakuul Mehta post the generation leap.
What we know of this actress is that she has done some work in the Marathi circuit. However, this will be her debut work on the Hindi TV circuit.
Well, there have been reports about lot many known faces getting tried and tested for the lead role in Ishqbaaaz. Drashti Dhami, Sanaya Irani, Krystle D'Souza were in talks for the same. However the channel and makers have finally decided to go in for a fresh face.
As per a reliable source, "There are bright chances of Manjiri signing on the dotted lines. She is a promising actor and the best part is that she carries no baggage as she is a newcomer.
As we know, the show is headed for generation leap post which the favourite Jodi of Nakuul Mehta and Surbhi Chandna will not be seen. Surbhi has recently announced her exit from the popular show which has made her fans go wild.
We buzzed the channel spokesperson and the Producer but did not get revert till we filed the story.
