You know what, I am a little too impressed with Pearl and Surbhi today for putting an episode on 5/10 when it should've been a -100/10 (MINUS 100 there ,btw). That's a lot of work put into to make it come across presentable and enjoyable where it could've gone wrong on so many levels in a bad way.
(That does NOT mean writers n editors can get away with this kinda shizz over n again!)
So, ok, what was good today?
#1 Mahir with that FAKE smile plastered over his face and rubbing haldi all over Yuvi n his face, eyes, mouth , just as Yuvi was trying to rub on his wounds. Bela's knowing smile there was cherry on the cake.
Mahir is so Mahir š
#2 Bela's BEAR HUG to Mahir! That's one hug that told all her emotions... As Fibby says, Bela's hugs have a language of their own.
#3 Mahir - Bahot Gandi waali feeling hai ššš
This line takes the cake! Mahir's lines when he is frustrated are so sharp!
Another,
Mahir to Yuvi - When you said you won't look at other girls, I thought you meant it literally. - As he smears haldi all over his face and eyes. š
Again Mahirji n his lines: "Theory thodi weak hai, practically samjaado, samajh jaoonga"š
#4 Mahirji hiding in the cupboard... He is just tooo cuuuteee!
#5 This protective wrapping of arms around her! ( All GIFs credit to ANU)
That warmth they shared there!!! āļøāļøāļø
#6 The way he closes his eyes when she applies Haldi to him... This is what he ALWAYS wanted from her... This acknowledgement!
#7 This tumble was sweet... The way she looked at him, that he'd always be there for her. Bela's trust on him shone in this scene :)
#8 That parallel of Mahir turning the shower on her this time and laughing!!! The way they threw water on each other was quite like them š
P.S : Writers & editors, I HATE, HATE, HATE you for ruining the dance and rest of the Behir scenes tonight. And making them behave out-of-character. ( I'm putting it up just in case they think these lollipops would compensate BAD writing & Terrible editing!)
