Again a well written post crusty. Yesterday's scenes were creating that warm fuzzy feeling in the pit of the stomach but that feeling did not last long. These two really have a great chemistry, and their understanding of each other is on a different level all together. I think even Pearl and Surbhi understand each other as actors warna this would not be possible.

I guess I simply can't digest typical things on Behir... so haldi cheek rubbing din't move me a bit except for the way they were looking at each other...

He may never have voiced it but his actions did, he was leaning towards the "any man touching you zone for a long time now. After bela's reciprocation he is voicing them more openly rather than pushing them down. How he didn't let the yuvi/bela dance happen!
Last night he felt the need to clearify it.
The "any man touching you, I felt it was targeted towards vyom.
Mahirji didn't like how vyom looked towards bela ( in 45 seconds he left bela with vyom to show his aunt the room!), he returned with weirds expressions and stood very close to bela with his body angled towards her in a protective stance. This was a expression of territorial exhibition and protective defence stance.

When vyom asked to be given an opportunity to apply haldi to bela, again Mahirji's heart went into a frenzy. He voiced it openly, his no to that was very clear and loud.

Apart from that both the incidents when vyom spoke about bela to Mahirji, especially when he mispronounced her name, Mahirji's Fluctuating bp was very palpable.

I don't understand why he had to hide in the cupboard. When he could easily hide in the bathroom.

@ash: Pearl and Surbhi have struck a really nice balance, they've completely got a hang of what they are supposed to do and are adding to each other's performance. I knew their team work was great, but what they did yesterday, it's simply their acting n chemistry which could sell the scenes as much as it did to gruntlers like us😆

You've got to humour me here.

I am very much agitated at this and trying to understand where this is coming from.

I have always loved and admired Mahir for not being the suffocating types. He is a bit over protective but not dominating or over bearing kinds. His possessiveness is also in the right amounts at right times, so far.

I felt queasy at how territorial he was acting yesterday. Is it because he had had enough so his impatience and tiredness is showing out in the form of 'Enough is enough, she is mine' or is he really a little too possessive like a stereotypical male?

His reaction to Vyom has worried me a lot. I mean 'no man can touch' is a little too much and in real life it becomes difficult to live with such a person, and Mahir so far had been an ideal guy you would love to meet in real life too. I am not too sure if it was his impeccable senses at work which cautioned him of the possible invisible threat that Vyom is - not romantically, as a possible harm to Bela. Or was he really being 'mine' on her?

I felt this whole new side to Mahir has come out because his patience has reached limits and rightfully so. It would subside once the perceived threats are reasonably at bay. Mahir has his insecurities but a whole persona of insecure husband? That's just not...

this scene was very nice n spoke so many things...it was like bela realizing wen bela will fall or become weak front of enemies he will be there to hold her hand always
