Another lovely topic, Angel! 👍🏼

This song is a dream sequence, Sahir's lyrics are so deliciously wicked. And among my favorite conversational songs - apart from the ones you already posted - Accha ji main haari and Janne kahan mera.

I remember reading or hearing someplace that Guru Dutt choreographed this song himself, but am not able to find a citation anywhere to confirm

And here are 2 delightful numbers from Vijay Anand's Nau do Gyarah, featuring Dev Anand and his real life wife, Kalpana Kartik. They almost seem to complete each other sentences in the antaras! 😉

Lyrics are by Majrooh..simple and yet complex.. I had no idea "Rupehla" meant Silvery.

I love the picturization of this one ! 😃 This one had Rafi doing playback - I do think Rafi is more suited to Dev's on-screen persona than Kishore.

I do love a couple of songs posted here - Agar Mai Kahoon (Hrithik! Man! 👏, Does the man have no bones?) and Jaane kyon log (This movie though! ⭐️- Aamir, Akshay and Saif! ❤️ and Pretiy looks so gorgeous!)

I simply ADORE everything about this song- it's my instant cheerer-upper, whenever I'm down in the dumps, I just have to watch it ! It's more like Madhubala making these statements like - forget everything, just be in love with me and Kishore agrees in principle, but the fear of his big bro never goes away even in his dreams! 😆

This song is heavenly, has a fairytale quality ❤️ love it 😭

those humming sections, hmm hmm hmm ha ha ha.. which are ever present in old songs also add much beauty to a song..
