He got everything in hand. Really?
Let me tell you about Arjuna's life:-
1. Born in the forest and spent childhood in the forest
2. Father and step mother died at a young age in a manner that couldn't even be disclosed to him at that age.
3. Returned to his father's kingdom only to find a hostile environment. The Pandavas had to deal with assassination attempts from childhood.
4. Drona didn't favor him from the beginning. He favored his son Ashwatthama. Arjuna with repeated efforts impressed Drona and earned his favors
5. His own cousins planned to burn him alive along with his family. Had to spend years wandering forests in anonymity.
6. Was practically ordered to share his wife by his elder brother (though some of it was his own fault)
7. Had to return to exile after disturbing the said elder brother with his wife.
8. Spent years building an empire which his elder brother threw away at the throw of a dice
9. His own hard won weapons and his very self was wagered by his elder brother
10. Return to exile. Spent large chunk of the exile alone working hard to get weapons.
11. Spent a year disguised as a eunuch. Couldn't have been easy.
12. Had to fight and eventually mortally wound a man who held the place of a father in his heart
13. Won a hollow victory. Lost almost everyone that he loved.
14. Still returned to battle for Ashwamedha yagna
15. Had to watch the one man he had loved beyond everyone else die.
16. Died a cold and lonely death buried in the ice of Himalayas if the Swargarohan Parva is to be believed.

Does that sound like an easy life to you?

Karna's life was more tragic and painful

1. Unexpected birth, his own mother abandoned him to swim in river. You may call it swimming but it was murder for me

2. Adopted by radha but rejected by society

3. Roaming here and there to seek knowledge but no one want to accept suta as student. His rivals got home delivery of teacher unlike karna

4. Rejected by dronacharya by his cast.

5. Terrible curse by his own guru for small mistake even though man was ready to die for guru

6. Curse by brahmin for no mistake it was just accident but curse was death itself

7. Insulted in rangbhoomi on ground of cast by dharmik people even compared to dogs

8. Insulted by lady on ground on his cast

9. Fought his entire life for respect still elders insulted him calling him low born again and again

10. Won entire earth but nothing was his own give away everything to friend

11. His enemy's father cheated him to save life of his son by begging his armour here he cut off his own body left him bathed in blood

12. His own mother tricked him taking advantage of hiis danveer nature begged lives of her sons

13. Again his borther plotted using shalaya to demorlize karna

14. He lost his all brothers and all sons in war. Man could have killed murderers but kept silence and spared murderers again and again

15. Unfair death by his own brother by breaking al rules of war. he could have revealed secrete before brother but remained silent to save dignity of mother

Lord himself approached karna with offer of kingdom and woman (who once mocked him on ground of cast) but this man rejected it only for friendship. He could have ruled entire world but he stood for his friend accepted death like man stood by his word stood by rules alhough his rivals broke all rules again and again.

Even after death, Karna didn't get his name rights and his brothers were dancing around his deadbody.

with due respect i would like to disagree neither did karna nor arjuna got anything easy in their life both laboured hard to achieve what they did both of them were great warriors only difference being arjun was on the right side while karna choose wrong
both the characters are grey and flawed

and karna broke war rules too when he participated in abhimanyu s murder the fact that he knew that abhimanyu is his nephew makes his act more heinous arjun toh didnt even knew that karan is his elder brother when he killed him

plus its not like arjun got much happiness after the war or before he has suffered equally

i like and loath both karan and arjun in equal measures in different ways though 😆 i guess that s beauty of the great epic that you can never hate anybody completely all of them have their own perspective all the characters of mahabharatha are grey not white or black nobody is completely right nobody is completely wrong

plus when did arjuna any other pandavas danced around karan s dead body? 😲 this is a news to me because because from what i have read an entirely different story where arjun deeply regreted his act after he came to know about karan s true identity

No rules were broken while killing abhimanyu his death was fair totally. He fought with son of dussasan and lost his life as per authentic version. Karna had no role in killing abhimanyu infact not even single arrow of karn hit abhimanyu then how can karn kill him? Its not like abhimanyu saw Karna and died automatically

You must remind before death of abhimanyu

Death of bhishma by arjuna hiding behind woman

unfair death of bhurishrava by arjuna by attacking him from backside

unfair death of drona by pandavas by telling lie

unfair death of unarmed karna while lifting wheel of chariot

unfair death of duryodhan by bhima so its pandavas who broke all rules from start to end. There are many excuse to justify unfair killings but for me cheat is cheat

Its really funny to say that pandavas were on right side if karna hold wrong side for his role in dice game then how can pandav hold right side even after staking wife to dice?

Arjuna must be right who caused his nephew ghatotkach death to save his own life. Even though arjuna knew that karn had shakti still he asked ghatotkach to handle karn and that poor kid lost his life to save his uncle. Was it fair to sacrifice own nephew for saving own life?

Both Karna and Arjuna are great Archers...for some Karna is the superior one out of two while some others believe Arjuna is the superior one..there will never be an end to that discussion.
I love Karna not for his brilliance in Archery but for all the other qualities he possessed.
And I have no love or respect for Arjuna because other than him being a great Archer I haven't heard any admirable qualities of him ever..And being great in Archery does not hold much value to me...If Arjuna was a an extraordinary Archer so was Karna,Bhishma,Dronacharya,Parashurama and Ekalavya..Bhim and Duryodhana were unbeatable in gada yudh..All of these are great warriors..The fact is Arjuna was always overhyped, and the story of Ekalavya will always remain as a scar in Arjunas achievements.
Every main character in Mahabharata including Krishna is grey for me so I am omitting the negative side of each characters and concentrating on the admirable qualities only.
Only character I dislike is Kunti...she is the most heartless mother who valued her honor over her child's...I can never forget how she disclosed Karnas birth secret only to karna just before war so that she can distract him and make him weak..she asked him to not harm any of her 5 pandavas during the war and also took promise from karna to not use any of the divine astras more than once in the war...She has to be the most partial mother I have ever heard of.

as per ved vyas s mb abhimanyu was killed by duryoudhan and gang that included karan and hence to avenge his death arjun killed jayardartha abhimanyu was one of the geatest warrior of his it was not that simple to kill him plus this is something that all the versions mention

i agree that pandavas broke rules but kauravas were so innocent either they broke rules abhimanyus death was the most painful one followed by karna
